On sunday, a 45-year-old woman was allegedly murdered in Natore's Baraigram upazila by her husband.
Beauty Khatun, the wife of upazila van puller Abdul Barek, was identified as the deceased.
Abu Siddique, the officer-in-charge (OC) of the Baraigram police station, cited family members when he claimed that Beauty's husband, Abdul Barek, had murdered her at around two in the morning.
He might have killed her during a family argument and then fled.
