Another 220 people were hospitalized with dengue in 24 hours till Sunday morning, reports UNB.
The total fatalities remained unchanged at 266 as no death was reported during this period, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Of the new patients, 104 were admitted to the hospitals of Dhaka and 116 outside it, said DGHS.
A total of 1,060 dengue patients, including 591 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.
The health department has recorded 60,298 dengue cases and 58,972 recoveries so far this year.
