A cylinder exploded at a restaurant adjacent to IDB building in Agargaon of the capital.
Three employees of the restaurant named Food Center were injured in the blast.
The injured have been admitted to Dhaka Medical College for treatment.
Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Inspector (Operations) Mohammad Shahjahan confirmed the matter.
He told TheReport.live that news of the blast was received around 1 p.m. However, no one was seriously injured in the incident.
