All educational institutions have reopened across the country

After continuous pressure, the temperature is somewhat normalizing, leading to the reopening of all educational institutions across the country today, Sunday (May 5).

The information was disclosed in an announcement signed by Abul Khayer, a communication officer at the Ministry of Education, on Saturday (May 4).

According to the announcement, following the compliance with the conditions of the advertisement published by the Secondary and Higher Education Division, Ministry of Education, on April 25, teaching activities will continue uninterrupted in all secondary schools, colleges, madrasas, and vocational institutions across the country from Sunday.

Previously, due to the heatwave, various district educational institutions had announced closures, as declared by the Ministry of Education. After the end of the Eid al-Fitr vacation, it was expected that all educational institutions across the country would reopen on April 21. However, due to the increase in temperature, on April 20, the Primary and Mass Education Ministry and all schools, colleges, madrasas, and vocational institutions under the Ministry of Education announced closures.
