Shakib made captain of Asia Cup, T20 World Cup team

Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has been made the captain for the forthcoming Asia Cup and this year’s ICC Twenty20 World Cup.

Bangladesh Cricket Board declared his name on Saturday after a meeting with the all-rounder at the BCB president Nazmul Hassan’s residence in Gulshan.

The BCB cricket operations chairman Jalal Yunus announced it to the press after the meeting.
