Khalid, the acclaimed lead singer and frontman of the band Chime, has passed away today at 7:15 pm, succumbing to a heart attack. The news of his untimely demise was confirmed to the press by music producer and sound engineer Isha Khan Duray.
Khalid gained widespread recognition for his remarkable contributions to the music industry, particularly through his band Chime. His repertoire includes iconic songs such as "Shorolotar Protima", "Himaloy", "Kono Karonei", and numerous other hits that captivated audiences throughout the 90s and 2000s.
Following the tragic news, musicians and fans alike are converging at Green Road`s Comfort Hospital to bid their final farewells to the musical icon.
