Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader delivered ‘final message’ to BNP on behalf of Awami League that next national election will be held under PM Sheikh Hasina.
He lauded that PM Sheikh Hasina will come to power again after winning people`s votes.
Quader, also road transport and bridges minister came up with this while addressing the peace rally of ruling party at the south gate of Baitul Mukarram national mosque in the capital.
“Sheikh Hasina will remain in office throughout the election time. She will lead the polls-time government and will not resign, this is a clear message from Awami League,” Quader added.
Commemorating the 60th birthday of Sheikh Russel, the youngest son of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, was organized by the ruling party’s Dhaka north and south city units.
"The caretaker government system is a dead issue now and there won`t be a system restoration" the AL general secretary declared.
