A Jubo League leader was killed in a road accident at Bogra's Nandigram on Monday.
Deceased Abdul Majid, 28, was the ward Jubo League vice-president and resident of Kaigari village in Nandigram Sadar Union.
Nandigram Sadar Union Awami League president Makhleshur Rahman Mintu said a truck collided with his motorcycle while he was on his way to Ronobagha Bazar at around 12 pm on Monday.
Kunderhat Highway Police OC Shahidul Islam said that after the accident, Majid was seriously injured and taken to Bogra Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital where he died in the afternoon while undergoing treatment.
