An young woman has been found dead inside a hotel room in Rajshahi city.
The deceased was identified as Joynab Begum,23, of Natore district.
Jahangir Alam, officer in charge of Rajpara police station, confirmed the news.
According to the police, the woman checked into Dream Heaven Hotel with a man named Mizan, 27, on Sunday morning, giving false information.
They identified themselves as husband and wife.The man went out of the hotel at 1:30 pm on Sunday. But, he didn't return until the midnight. Later, the hotel management called the police early Monday after failing to get any response from the woman.
Being informed, police rushed in and recovered the body of the woman from inside the room.
The OC said investigation is underway and police are trying to find out the man, the victim came with.
