The court has ordered to begin the trial process against actress Samsunnar Smriti, better known as Porimoni, in a case filed under narcotics control act.
The court also rejected a plea filed by Pori seeking acquittal after she pleaded not guilty.
Apart from the Dhallywood actress, the two other accused in the case are Ashraful islam Dipu and Kabir Hossain.
Judge Mohammed Nazrul Islam of Dhaka Special Court 10 passed the order on Wednesday.
Earlier on the day, Pori appeared before the court around 10 am along with her lawyer Nilanjana Suravi.
Investigation Officer of the case and CID inspector Kazi Mostofa Kamal pressed the charge sheet accusing the three people on 4 October.
