Madaripur Bus Accident: 9 people taken to DMCH

9 people, including a woman, were taken to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) among those injured in the bus accident at Shibchar in Madaripur. The doctor said that two of them were brought in dead. Over all, there are three bodies in DMCH.

Their age is between 25- 60 years. However, their identity is not known. 19 people have died in this accident so far.

The injured in this accident are - Passenger Faisal Ahmed (36), A. Hamim (50), Badruddoja (30), Pankaj Kanti Ghosh (40), Jhuma (34) and Bulbul Ahmed (50).

They were brought to Dhaka Medical College Hospital around 11:15 am on Sunday (March 19).

According to the doctor, DMCH Police Camp Assistant In-charge (ASI) Md. Masud said, 9 people were brought to the hospital. An unidentified person was brought in and the doctors declared him dead. Two people were brought dead. There are three bodies in the hospital.

Three to four people among the six injured people are in serious condition. Everyone is being admitted and treated, he informed.
