The list containing names of Bangladeshis in the second phase of Pandora Papers will be sent to court, Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal told reporters after a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) on Wednesday (December 8).
A list containing names of 43 individuals and organisations were received at first. After the probe conducted by the Anti-Corruption Commission, the list will be sent to court.
It will be better to refrain from making any comments during the investigation, added the minister.
Pandora Papers is a document of about 12 million documents published in the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ).
There is information about money laundering, tax evasion and secret assets of wealthy people, politicians and powerful people from different countries across the world.
