A fire broke out due to gas cylinder leakage in a restaurant at at Malibag in the capital.
In this incident 3 employees of this restaurant suffered burn injuries. They were undergoing treatment at the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.
Jjust before the Iftar on Wednesday, the fire breaks out at Shahjalal Hotel in the lane adjacent to Malibagh intersection’s Hosaf Tower.
The injured hotel employees are Maruf (16), Julhas (17) and Sabuj (24).
Dhaka Medical College Hospital’s police outposts (in-charge) Inspector Bachchu Mia confirmed this information.
He said, "3 youths are undergoing treatment."
After the incident another employee of the hotel named Touhid said, 3 employees were burnt in the fire due to a disturbance in the gas line pipe of the hotel.
The fire was extinguished soon after the incident. After these three people were rescued, they suffered injuries in different parts of their bodies.
