Quader is member of BNP’s proxy standing committee: Rizvi

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed has commented that Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader is BNP‍‍`s proxy standing committee member.

Rizvi reacted to Quader‍‍`s statement on the BNP‍‍`s complaints against foreigners by asking, "What have they done since 2001? They lodged complaints both domestically and outside. Does he use a hidden device, and if so, how did he find out that we complained? It appears that Obaidul Quader is a part of the standing committee of the BNP proxy."

Rizvi made these remarks during a press conference at the BNP central headquarters in the capital‍‍`s Naya Paltan on Tuesday afternoon.

In response to the comment that “BNP will have to pay a loss”, Rizvi commented: “Awami League will have to pay the loss, voting with Jatiya Party (Ershad) has proved that. They have to suffer the consequences of lying.”
