Bangladesh government offered help and is planning to send search and rescue teams on Wednesday, Turkish Ambassador to Bangladesh Mustafa Osman Turan said.
Governments around the entire world were quick to respond and came forward to help Turkey and Syria by sending rescue teams and offering aid following the deadly earthquake.
Members of the Bangladesh Army, and Fire Service and Civil Defence will be sent to assist the rescue operation.
President M Abdul Hamid said, “Bangladesh Government and its people are always by the side of the disaster victims of Turkey and Syria”.
Sheikh Hasina also assured all kinds of cooperation on behalf of her government and wished for the quick recovery of the injured.
