Shopping malls and stores across the country can stay open till 10pm from July 1 to 10.
The government has made the decision ahead of the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
The Ministry of Labour and Employment issued a gazette notification in this regard on Wednesday.
It says shop owners will have to pay their staff allowance for those extra hours.
