Winters is officially here and the weather has already started to dry out. Soon our skin and hair will start to feel the winter dryness and get flaky during this season. The situation even worsens further when we take support from heaters and dryers. The lack of external nourishment increases if we consume less internal nourishing items. We face hair breakage, split ends, skin itching etc.

It is very important to moisturize and hydrate your hair and skin deeply to avoid the dry and flakiness and protect yourself from the harsh winters.

Here are some tips on how you can use few kitchen ingredients to add to your beauty routine this winter season to protect your skin and hair from getting dull, dry and brittle.

Aloe Vera

 

Aloe vera in skincare is immensely important especially in winters. It is enriched with vitamin E, C and beta-carotene. This can soothe dry and damaged skin and scalp in winters.

Banana
