Plane crashes in Philippines, search underway

A small plane carrying four people on board has crashed in central Philippines on Sunday. Rescuers are searching for survivors.

The Cessna 340 aircraft went missing early Saturday morning shortly after departing from Bicol International Airport.

The plane was carrying two passengers, a pilot and a crew member.

Rescue team has already identified a possible crash site near the airport.

"The weather is bad and it hampers the visibility of the ground search," CAAP spokesperson said.
