A student of Adamjee Cantonment School and College has died after a private car ran over him in the capital’s ECB Chattar in Mirpur.
The incident took place at around 9:00 PM on Thursday (September 9) night.
The deceased youth has been identified as Abul Kalam Azad Shanto nee Pranto Hasan.
The matter was confirmed to the media by cantonment police station Officer In-Charge (OC) Shahan Hoque.
Pranto Hasan was student of Grade 10 at Adamjee Cantonment School and Collegeand son of Mostafa Kamal, a resident of the capital’s Manikandi area.
