The death toll rose to 46 as another two injured died from last night`s destructive fire in a building on Bailey Road, Dhaka.
The bodies of those 46 victims have been rescued.
Minister of Health and Family Welfare of Bangladesh Dr Samanta Lal Sen said, "Among the rescued victims, ten are undergoing treatment in Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn & Plastic Surgery and two of them are in the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH). But, none of the patients under treatment are out of danger."
"Eight more bodies are left to be handed over to their respective families and five victims still remained as unidentified", he added.
