Mazharul Kabir Shoyon and Tanbir Hasan Shaikat have been named the president and the general secretary of BCL’s Dhaka University unit respectively.
Shoyon was the drama and debate secretary of the previous committee while Shaikat was the deputy social services secretary of the central committee.
Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader announced the names of the organisation’s new leaders at the Ganabhaban on Tuesday.
He also named the top leadership of the central committee.
Saddam Hussain is the new president of the student organisation’s central committee, while Sheikh Enan is the new general secretary.
