The forthcoming Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination will be held in mid-November while the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) test in late December, said education minister Doctor Dipu Moni.
She was speaking at the opening ceremony of Bangbandhu-Bapu exhibition held at the National Art Gallery in the capital on Saturday (September 25).
“We hope the SSC and HSC exams will be held timely. We fixed two dates for the tests. SSC examination will be held in mid-November and HSC at late December,” the minister said.
“If necessary, the educational institutions will be closed. But, till now no such situation has been created. If it happens we will take steps accordingly,” Dipu Moni furthered.
Related to school going of pre-elementary students she said, “Details will be informed three weeks later.
The minister claimed the news of corona infection among children in Manikganj was untrue.
