A preventive team of Dhaka Customs House arrested a man for possessing $1.30 lakh at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA).
The arrestee, Abdul Kader Riyadh, son of Mohammad Hanif of Feni, carrying the money, was trying to go to Dubai on a flight from the Dhaka airport on Saturday evening.
Dhaka Custom House preventive team assistant revenue officer Dibakar Mandol confirmed the development.
