In a brad daylight attack, the office of Daily Desh Sanjog newspaper in Khulna was vandalized by a group of unknown miscreants in the Ful Market area on Tuesday afternoon.
CCTV footages show that at least six persons wearing helmets and on four motorbikes arrived at the office carrying sharp weapons in their hands.
They vandalized the office’s windows and also attacked and ransacked the Kakan Printing and Publication office near it.
Hasan Al Mamun, officer-in-charge of Khulna Sadar Police Station, said they launched a drive to identify and arrest the miscreants.
A case is in process to be filed in this regard, added the OC.
