No sign of hope yet in Rajshahi Medical College Hospital as 30 people have died of coronavirus at the hospital in last 48 hours.
13 more people have died from Covid-19 complecations while undergoing treatment at the corona unit of the RMCH.
Confirming the matter this morning, RMCH Director Brig Gen Shamim Yazdani said the deaths were reported in the last 24 hours starting from 8:00am on Friday (July 2) to 8:00am today, Saturday (July 03).
Of the 13 deaths, five were coronavirus positive and remaining eight died of symptoms similar to that of coronavirus.
Of the dead, seven were in Rajshahi district, one in Naogaon, three in Natore and one in Pabna, he said.
A total of 354 people died at the corona unit of the hospital in the month of June.
