Three men from Bangladesh were killed in Kajang, Malaysia, as a commuter train ran over them on railway tracks near Taman Puncak Utama Jade Hill.

According to The Star, a Malaysian news agency, the incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Sunday and resulted in tragic deaths of the victims, who were aged between 30 and 40 years.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department Assistant Director Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said that the persons allegedly trespassed on the tracks, however their bodies were not trapped on the railway tracks.

They were flung to the side of the railroad line by the force of the collision, he added.

The bodies were retrieved at 12:15 am on Monday after swift rescue attempts, and they were then turned over to the police for further investigation.
