Two people were crushed under the wheels of a train, while they were walking in Tangail today.
The deceased were identified as Sagar, 35, and Sajeeb, 33. Government Railway Police (GRP) recovered the bodies.
According to Locals train hit the two in Joydebpur-Bangabandhu railway line around 2:30am.
A vehicle hit the private car carrying Sagar and Sajeeb, when they were going to Pabna from Dhaka
The two managed to come out of the car and were walking on the railway tracks when the accident occurred, they said.
The bodies will be handed over to their families after autopsy.
