Ninety percent of the patients infected with corona virus in the country are from rural areas. Most of them did not get vaccinated.

Directorate General of the Department of Health, Prof. Dr. Abul Bashar said. Khurshid Alam said while speaking as the chief guest at the annual conference of the Public Health Association of Bangladesh in the capital on Friday (September 3).

Most of the people in the village were not vaccinated and the death toll was high. In addition, delay in hospitalisation is another major cause of death.
