Grameenphone users from different parts of the country are complaining about not getting access to phone network since today morning.
Customers from different parts of Dhaka, including Mirpur, Dhanmondi, Panthapath, Agargaon and Farmgate areas complained about the issue and said they were unable to call other GP numbers.
Meanwhile Grammenphone posted from their official Facebook page about the issues and said “the network disruption occurred due to damage to fibre cables, our team is working to solve the problem immediately”.
