As the 21st President of the country, Abdul Hamid performed the last Eid prayer. Today morning, when the President reached the National Eidgah ground, he was welcomed by Dhaka South City Corporation Mayor, Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Tapas.
After the Eid prayers, the President will exchange Eid greetings with people from all walks of life at Bangabhaban. And this will be his last Eid greetings exchange as President. People from all walks of life including senior politicians, judges, poets, writers, writers, journalists, teachers, intellectuals, and civil and military officials will be present there.
The main Eid congregation ends at 8:55 am. Khatib Hafez Maulana Mufti Ruhul Amin of National Mosque Baitul Mukarram prayed for freedom from sin and the welfare of the country and nation. After the prayer, people exchanged hugs and Eid greetings with each other.
