Admission starts in private medical colleges via automation system

Admission to MBBS courses in the academic year 2022-23 is going on in the private medical colleges of the country. 

For the first time students are getting admission in automation system according to merit order. On Monday (July 3) the admission process started according to the merit list and preference through automated software. The admission process will continue till July 7.

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has decided the MBBS and BDS admission fees of private medical colleges and dental colleges this academic year. 

The new admission fee for MBBS and BDS in private medical colleges and dental colleges has been fixed at Tk 19 lakh 44 thousand as determined by the Ministry of Health. This time for internship Tk 1 lakh 80 thousand (unchanged) and tuition fee Tk 10 thousand per month will be spent by the students. 

In the meantime, the students have been given SMS according to the merit list.
