Effective April 1, the retail prices of kerosene and diesel will be dropped by Tk 2 per liter to Tk 106 from Tk 108. Meanwhile, prices for octane and petrol will remain unchanged.
The Ministry of Electricity, Energy, and Mineral Resources issued a notification on Sunday, announcing the adjusted prices.
According to the government this is the second adjustment in fuel prices in line with international market fluctuations.
