The Law Ministry has given its opinion on the application filed by BNP to take the party chairperson Khaleda Zia abroad for advanced medical treatment.
The opinion has been sent to the home ministry.
Law Minister Anisul Huq came up with the remark while talking to the reporters on Monday.
“The home ministry will send the opinion to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) after scrutiny. The PMO will take final decision,” Anisul Huq said.
