From January 10, Grameenphone (GP) SIM users have to do minimum recharge amount of Tk 30. The company has already confirmed the matter by SMS and My GP app notification to the customers.
In the SMS sent to the customers, Grameenphone said, "Dear customer, from January 10, the minimum recharge amount will be Tk 30. However, recharge offers below Tk 30 and scratch cards can be used as before".
Besides, even if you enter the MyGP app, it is being said through a warning advertisement, "From next January 10, the minimum recharge amount will be 30 taka."
Grameenphone customers can currently recharge with a minimum of Tk 20. Before this period, minimum 10 taka could be recharged in Grameenphone. After that from July 2022 the minimum recharge amount is Tk 20. Now in 2024 this minimum research limit has been increased again.
