Mushfiqur Rahim and Mehedi Hasan Miraz received injuries during their Dhaka Premier League match for Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club against Prime Bank at BKSP on Sunday.
Miraz twisted the little finger of his right hand and he was taken to hospital for further assessment.
On the other hand, Mushfiqur twisted his ankle while fielding and was being taken off the field.
Details in this regard will be known later.
Both players were included earlier as Bangladesh Cricket Board named a 16-member squad for the upcoming two-match Test series at home against Sri Lanka.
The series will start on May 15 in Dhaka.
