This is the second time in three days that Russian troops have attacked Ukrainian cities. One person was killed and 34 injured in a missile attack in the Kherson region in a series of attacks.

Ukraine`s Dnipropetrovsk military administration termed the attack as a "sad night and morning". 19 high-rise buildings, 25 houses, 6 schools, some kindergartens and 5 shops were damaged in this attack.
One of the main targets of the attack was the city of Pavlohrad, near Dnipro, a Russian official named Vladimir Rogov said on Telegram. Ukrainian forces have been hit there. The missiles were fired at rail infrastructure and fuel depots.
Ukraine`s military has reported a major counterattack in some time. However, the attack was not reported.
On the other hand, Serhii Popko, the Head of the military administration in the capital city of Kiev, said that Russian missiles were also destroyed in the airspace of Kiev.
Earlier, 23 people were killed in the central Ukrainian city of Uman in a Russian missile attack shortly before dawn last Friday.
