People of all ages and fitness levels, especially young people, are taking a growing number of vacations in Bangladesh‍‍`s hilly regions. Many travelers find it thrilling and satisfying to experience the thrill of discovering new paths while being surrounded by stunning natural beauty.

First off, trekking in mountainous terrain is a great aerobic workout. Hill climbing and hiking across difficult terrain test the heart and lungs, which enhances general fitness. In addition to burning calories, hiking is a terrific strategy to maintain a healthy weight and stave against chronic illnesses like type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

Apart from the physical advantages, hiking on mountainous terrain is good for one‍‍`s mental health. It has been demonstrated that being close to nature lowers stress and anxiety, enhances mood, and boosts happiness.

Fueling one‍‍`s body with healthy foods that will keep one energized and hydrated throughout the day is crucial when visiting hilly tourist destinations. To avoid pain and possible health problems while traveling, there are some things that one should avoid eating.

Carbonated beverages: Beverages with carbonation, such as Coke, Pepsi, 7-Up, Mirinda, RC might make you feel bloated and uncomfortable while someone is hiking across hilly terrain. For staying hydrated and energized, water or fresh juices are preferable.

Heavy and Fatty foods: Foods that are heavy or fatty can make you feel slow and uncomfortable, especially if you‍‍`re trekking or walking uphill. Avoid fried foods, hamburgers, pizza, and other high-fat foods because they can cause bloating and take longer to digest.

Dairy Products: Some people may have stomach discomfort and bloating after consuming dairy products including milk, cheese, and yoghurt. When traveling to hilly places, someone who is lactose intolerant or sensitive to dairy should stay away from that kind of cuisine.

Foods that are spicy: Spicy foods might give people who aren‍‍`t used to them, heartburn and stomach pain. If you have a history of indigestion or acid reflux, it is recommended to stay away from recipes that contain hot peppers or spices.

Street food: Although it can be attractive and practical, it is advisable to avoid eating when visiting hilly tourist destinations. Food poisoning or stomach distress can result from the frequently unsanitary settings in which street food is prepared.

It would be good to only eat at recognized eateries and to wash your hands frequently before and after meals. You‍‍`ll stay healthy and have a great time if you abide by the upper mentioned food habit.
