All advanced train tickets sold out within 4 minutes!

On the occasion of the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr, advance ticket sales of Bangladesh Railway have started today (April, 7). This process of selling tickets entirely online in advance is available for April 17. Officials said that online ticket sales for all advance tickets sold out in less than 4 minutes.

Advance tickets started to sell off from today at 8 am. Railway authorities said that 25 thousand 778 tickets are being sold every day.

Although all the tickets were sold out in 4 minutes, the passengers expressed their relief by getting Eid tickets online. On the other hand, many people are disappointed for not getting tickets at the railway station.

According to the earlier announcement of the railway authorities, the online ticket sales started from 8 am on April 7. Those who had registered online in advance got the tickets without any hassle. The passengers showed relief as the trouble of queuing for long hours after fasting was over.

At least 1 million visitors per minute can simultaneously use the Rail app. And 8 thousand tickets can be sold every minute. According to that, today's tickets have been sold out in just four minutes, said Masood Sarwar, Manager of Kamalapur Railway Station.

However, many of those who do not understand the process of buying tickets online, came to the ticket counter at Kamalapur railway station and returned disappointed without getting tickets.

Tickets for April 18 will be sold on Saturday (April 8), tickets for April 19 on Sunday (April 9), Monday (April 10) for April 20 and Tuesday (April 11) for April 21.

Similarly, tickets for return will be sold from April 15. On the first day (April 15) tickets for April 25 will be sold, tickets for April 26 will be sold on April 16, tickets for April 27 will be sold on April 17, tickets for April 28 will be sold on April 18, tickets for April 29 will be sold on April 19 and tickets for April 20 will be sold on April 30.

On the other hand, on the occasion of Eid, inter-country Mitali Express train will be closed from April 18-27 and Maitri Express train will be closed from April 20-27. However, inter-country Bandhan Express trains will run as usual.
