On Friday afternoon at around 4:15 pm, a 5.4 magnitude earthquake jolted Bangladesh.
According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the epicentre of the quake was near the border region between India and Myanmar.
No fatalities or severage damages have been reported in Bangladesh so far due to the quake.
Tremors were felt in the capital Dhaka, and the port city Chattogram.
