Khaleda Zia returning home from hospital

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is returning home from Ever Care Hospital in the capital after five days of treatment.
Shayrul Kabir Khan, a member of BNP media wing confirmed to the media that she will leave for residence Feroza in Gulshan at 5 pm today. 

Earlier, Khaleda Zia was taken to Ever Care Hospital when she fell ill on the night of June 12. She was admitted to hospital after being examined by doctor.
The BNP Chairperson has been suffering from arthritis, diabetes, liver, kidney and heart ailments for a long time.

Notebly in 2018, Khaleda Zia went to jail after being convicted in a corruption case. On March 25, 2020, the government suspended the sentence and released her in view of the family‍‍`s request when the outbreak of COVID-19 increased in the country. Since then, her release period has been extended at various times.
